Booking and payment
The rates on our website are in US dollars.
When booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. The deposit can be transferred to our account, details will be in the conformation email.
The remaining 75% will have to be paid on the day of arrival.
For bookings made 4 weeks or less before arrival, the full booking amount is due.
At our resort you can pay by PIN (Maestro debit card is free of bank charge), Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).
Debit Visa and Mastercards are also charged here in Bonaire as a Credit card.
If you pay by bank transfer then the total amount must be in our account 30 days before arrival.
We charge an extra 5% surcharge for credit / debit Visa and Mastercard payments. This surcharge will be charged on the total amount.
Visitor Entry Tax
From July 1, 2022, the tourist tax has changed to the Visitor Entry Tax. This can be paid via the link below or upon arrival at Bonaire airport.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge if canceled more than 30 days before arrival.
At 15 to 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of payment.
If you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival, we will charge the total amount.
We therefore advise you to take out cancellation / travel insurance.

Our rental prices include:
- Transfer from and to the airport
(also at night) - Use of water & electricity
Normal consumption of water and electricity (air conditioning) is included as well as WiFi. - There are plenty of bath towels and kitchen linen available in the chalets

Grocery package on arrival, to start your holiday wonderfully relaxed, we can provide a grocery package for you.
